With over 8 years of experience in digital product design—ranging from IT and telecommunications to startups and fintech—I bring a unique combination of user-centered thinking, technical skills, and business empathy that align perfectly with your mission to measurably improve satisfaction, adoption, and efficiency. In my most recent role, I led the UX/UI design of transactional web platforms, a Back Office system, and integrated new features into a Call Center application. My responsibilities spanned user research (discovery sessions, interviews), end-to-end product design, and prototyping in high fidelity using Figma. I applied Design Thinking methodologies to iterate rapidly, continuously validating ideas through qualitative user feedback and quantitative KPIs post-launch. This approach resulted in demonstrable improvements in both user satisfaction and business outcomes.
