The design process included thorough analysis and benchmarking of the product. I didn’t just propose new icons or typography—I rethought how to present information more clearly, improve visual hierarchy, and optimize processes to enhance the user journey. I leveraged tools such as Hotjar to analyze heatmaps and Maze to test new prototypes, while conducting regular reviews to ensure the design evolved with a human-centered approach.
